A small engineering team that stays with the work.

We advise on what to build and then build it. The same people who scope your project write the code and support it after launch.

How we think

Understand the problem before writing code
Most expensive software mistakes are decided in the first week. We spend that week on your goals, your constraints, your data and how success will be measured.
Accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables
One team owns the work from planning to support. If something we built isn’t doing its job, that’s our problem to fix.
Use AI where it measurably helps
We build AI features when they save real time or money, and say so when ordinary software would do the job better and cheaper.
Build things that last
Boring, well-supported tools. Tests, documentation and clean handovers, so the next developer, ours or yours, can keep going.

Who we work with

  • Enterprises We start with an assessment of the systems involved, propose a migration or integration path with rollback at every step, and work inside your security and change processes.
  • Growing businesses We map how work actually moves through the business, then automate or rebuild the steps that cost the most time. Usually one system at a time.
  • Startups We cut the idea down to the smallest version worth testing, build it in four to eight weeks, and set it up so your future team can keep going without a rewrite.

How a project runs

Every engagement follows the same steps.

  1. 1

    Day 0

    A 30-minute call

You tell us what’s broken or what you want to build. We ask about users, data, deadlines and what you have already tried. No slides.

  2. 2

    A few days later

    A written scope

A short document: what we’ll build, what we won’t, milestones, risks and an estimate. You can take it to anyone for a second opinion.

  3. 3

    Within 48 hours of sign-off

    Kickoff

Repository, staging environment and a shared channel are set up. You meet the engineers who will do the work.

  4. 4

    Every two weeks

    Sprints with a live demo

Working software on staging, not a status report. You can change priorities at every demo.

  5. 5

    Launch

    Release and handover

Production deploy, monitoring, documentation and a walkthrough for your team.

  6. 6

    After

    Support, if you want it

Monthly support and improvements, or a clean handover to your own developers.

Tell us what’s broken, or what you want to build.

You’ll talk to an engineer. If we aren’t the right fit, we’ll tell you and suggest who might be.
